So we invest selectively: fewer commitments, understood deeply, led by people we already know. Most of what we see, we decline. What remains, our investors enter alongside us — deals that rarely reach a market.

That experience is the firm’s method: respect for execution, insistence on alignment, and the patience of an owner. He leads every partnership personally.
